Starting

I have recently caught on to the TV show Celebrity Fit Club on VH1 and have also been attempting to loss weight and get into better physical shape. I quickly put these two thoughts together and realized perhaps the plan these celebrity use would work for me. So I did a small amount of research and found that the diet used was The Fat Smash Diet, but Dr. Ian Smith and that something like 75% of online users say they got great results.. After working out and eating better since December (almost 4 months) and lossing about 16lbs. I was interested and quickly bought the book. That brings you to today, the day I am starting phase one of this four phase diet. This blog is mostly a way for we to track my working out and eating but if I can help someone along that way that sounds good to me. Starting date; April 5th 2010 Starting weight 204.8 lbs. I am hoping to loss 40-50 Lbs eventually (probably not within the 90 day diet but who knows!) Wish me luck!
